stuffed tomatoes

Ingredients
2 tomatoes, large1 jumbo egg1 cup of broccoli1cup green peppers1 cup of mushrooms2 cloves of garlics2 tsp of parmesan (Kraft)1 tps Paprika
Directions
Preheat over at 350 degrees

Remove the top of your tomatoes, empty them with a spoon, keep the insides.

In a non-stick pan, put all the vegetables together (includes the insides from the tomatoes). cook until desired texture

When your vegetables have the desired texture, add the egg and mix together, don't let the egg get too hard. (1 min).

Take the egg/vegetables mixture and put in in your tomatoes

put them on a cookie pan

Add the paprika and parmesan on top

Put in oven for 10 min

2 serving

You could put cheese on top of it to make a gratin
