Cauliflower mash

Ingredients
6 cup Cauliflower florets, frozen, cooked4 tbsp Light Sour Cream2 tbsp Butter, unsalted1/4 cup Low fat cream cheeseSalt to tastePepper to taste1 tsp Garlic powder1/4 cup Fat free half and half
Directions
Cook cauliflower until soft. Drain. Dry well between paper towels or squeeze liquid through cheesecloth. Use a food processor to mash the cauliflower. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
