Ingredients
0.5 cup Blueberries, fresh 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts- raw shelled hemp seeds 2 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
Directions
Mix first four ingredients. Add milk then wait 3-5 minutes for chia seeds to absorb milk. Enjoy.
