Spinach & Feta Omelette

Ingredients
2 eggs1/4 all white egg whites (the equivalent to 2 eggs)splash of milk -- about 1/5 c.1 tbsp olive oil1/4 c. feta1 c. fresh spinachsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
saute spinach and set aside

mix first three ingredients in bowl, add salt and pepper to taste

heat oil in pan

add eggs and let cook until bottom top layer are firm

add spinach & feta, fold over and remove to plate.

Serve immediately.
