Everything/Nothing Cookies

Ingredients
3 C Oatmeal1/2 C Flax meal1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda 3/4 tsp Salt 1 tbsp chia seeds with 3 T warm water (chia egg)2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup Peanut Butter1 tbsp Light Maple Syrup1 tbsp Molasses 1 tsp Vanilla extract1 C Chocolate chips, Hershey's milk chocolate
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare chia "egg" by mixing 3 T warm water and 1 T chia seed. Set aside to gel. Mix dry ingredients. Add and mix the rest of the ingredients. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper. Scoop and place balls on cookie sheets. Bake 10 min, cool 3 min on pan before moving to rack. Can use goji berries, cacao nibs, etc instead of all choc chips.
