Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake

Ingredients
1/4 C Butter1 1/4 C graham cracker crumbs1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1 package sugar free black cherry jello1 package instant sugar free/fat free chocolate pudding2 pkgs reduced fat cream cheese3/4 C skim milk1 C boiling water
Directions
Crust directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine graham cracker cumbs, butter and cinnamon. (mix well)
3. Press into the bottom of 8" springform pan.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
5. Let cool

Filling directions:
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth
2. Add pudding mix & milk. Don't worry about small lumps (will dissolve w/ jello mixture)
3. Combine jello/boiling water, mixing to dissolve
4. Slowly pour the hot jello mixture into the pudding mixture (beating continuously)
5. Pour filling into crust & refridgerate until firm, about 2-3 hours, overnight is best.
