Ingredients
0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw2.0 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies2.0 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese2.0 cup Bush's Chili Beans6.0 serving Calidad Brand Tortilla Chips 12 chips16.0 oz 90/10 Ground Beef Sirloin
Directions
Brown meat and diced onions in large frying pan crumbling as cooking. When beef is well cooked, Add 1 can chili hots, 1 can Rotel tomatoes and mix well. Spray 9"x13" pan with non-stick spray. Layer tortilla chips in thin layer across bottom of pan. Evenly spread cooked meat beans and tomatoes covering chips. Sprinkle crumbled chips over meat layer. Sprinkle cheese in top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before cutting into 8 pieces. Serve with plain Greek yogurt and salsa if desired. Serving Size: Makes a 9x13 pan cut into 8 large pieces
