1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Powder2 tsp sugar2 Tbsp Benefiber1 large egg white 1/2 cup Milk, nonfat 1 Tbsp fat-free French Vanilla Stonyfield Farm Yogurt
Directions
mix dry ingrediants together, add wet and stir until moist and lumpy.
cook as regular pancakes.
makes 2 hearty servings.
