Ingredients
1.6lbs Beef, Ground (Maverick Ranch) Grass Fed 15% fat, 4oz=112g 6 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 3/4 cup Cream, Land O Lakes Heavy Whipping Cream 4 oz Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tbsp 4 tbsp Hormel - Real Bacon Pieces 0.25 cup Kraft Natural Cheese Mexican Style Cheddar Jack Finely Shredded
Directions
Brown ground beef.Season to taste. Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, reduced sugar ketchup and 8 oz of cheese. Line bottom of 9x7 inch baking dish with ground beef. Pour egg mixture over beef and stir together. Add remaining 4oz cheese to top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30-35 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 6 3x3 inch squares
