Ingredients
5 large Onions, raw 9 tsp Granulated Sugar 0.15 cup Flour, white 30 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap Salt 1 TbsPlace pepperBay leaf 11 dash Pepper, black 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Fry the onions in oil/butter until soft and brown Camelize with auger Add flour and stir Add water and spices Boil and continue to cook 15 min Taste and season again
