500 grams cooked whole wheat pasta, about a pound, cooked, 3 cups cooked elbows for me265 grams chick peas, drained--one reg can250 grams surimi, chunked up, about half a pound3 chopped scallions3/4 cup salsasalt, pepper to taste

Cook and drain the pasta. Chunk up surimi, chop scallions, mix all ingredients and refrigerate for about an hour.
