Jo's Home Cooked Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients
7.5 serving Tesco British Steak Mince 15% Fat 100g as sold2.0 serving Tesco Unsmoked rindless back bacon with added water 100g375.0 Grams Onions, raw300.0 Grams Peppers, sweet, red, fresh3.0 serving Tesco Italian Finely chopped Italian tomatoes 400g tin2.0 serving Tesco Red Kidney Beans in water 400g tin1.0 serving(s) Smoked Paprika Powder 30g2.0 serving Chilli Powder 8g = 1 tbspn8.0 Grams Cinnamon, ground0.5 serving Heinz Tomato Ketchup per 100g as sold0.15 serving Blue Dragon Dark Soy Sauce 100g as sold3.0 serving Oxo Cubes Beef4.0 serving Lea & Perrins Worecestershire Sauce 5ml serving1.0 serving(s) Sangria 100ml (optional not included in Recipe)
Directions
Chop up bacon into small pieces, add bacon and mince into large cast iron pan and cook. Once meat is cooked drain fat off. Chop onions and peppers into small pieces and to meat. Cook until onions are soft, add smoked paprika, tinned tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients. Bring to boil, then turn down and let it all simmer away gently for a couple of hours. SERVE with basmati rice (Not included in recipe) I batch cook this and use two servings for the two of us, the freeze the other six portions. I usually cook this a day ahead of when we want to eat it. That way all the flavours marinate into each other better if left in fridge for a day or two

    Amendment to information : This recipe works out as 10 portions so the calories would then reduce to 320.80 per portion (each portion is approximately 280 grams) As there is no option to amend the recipe I have entered, thought it best to give amended calorie info at least - 2/17/18
