8.0 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz0.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar4.0 tbsp Cider Vinegar2.0 1tsp Olive Oil1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw2.0 clove Garlic2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, whole milk2.0 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard2.0 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce1.0 tsp Salt0.5 tsp Pepper, black0.5 tsp Thyme, ground0.4 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)454.0 Grams Italian Sausage, pork16.0 oz Ground beef, lean0.66 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned0.33 cup Parsley
Line 13*9" pan with foil (sling). Set oven to 350.
Mix first three ingredients for the glaze.
Heat oil, on med saute onion and garlic till softened.
Mix mil, eggs Worcestershire, seasonings & mustard. Combine that mixture with the meat, breadcrumbs ( or crackers) and cooked onion and garlic. With a fork till even and not sticking to bowl.
Pat into 9*5" loaf shape, place in foil lined pan, brush with 1/2 of glaze mixture.
Bake til 160' internal temp apx 1 hr. Cool for 20 minutes
