Banana Oatmeal Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients
2 tbsp Smuckers Reduced Fat Natural Style Peanut Butter 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 tbsp Badia ground flax seed 3 cup Quaker Oats 100% Whole Grain Quaker Oats - Quick 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes Unsweetened Organic3 tbsp Toll House Nestle Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Mash bananas in bowl.. add Peanut Butter.. flax seed.. coconut..& chocolate chips... then blend in oatmeal...
drop by small scoop or tablespoon to parchment paper lined large cookie sheet. Then bake for 20 minutes.. (I like them drier so I also leave them in the shut off oven for 5 more minutes. I then FREEZE mine in a zip lock bag. I LOVE them in the morning with my coffee for my (breakfast oatmeal/fruit serving) to jumpstart my day in a good way!! Or for a healthy snack!! ENJOY
