Easy Everything Bagel

Ingredients
1 cup Flour, white 1 tsp Onion powder 1 tsp Salt 2 tsp Baking Powder 1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat 0.5 large Egg,0.25 tbsp Sesame Seeds 0.5 tsp Poppy seed 3 tbsp All Whites Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
Directions
Mix first 4 ingredients Add yogurt and stir. Knead dough on a floured surface for approx 10 minutes Divide in 4 and shape into balls. Make a whole in the balls and stretch the dough until the center whole is about an inch and a half wide. Egg wash the bagels and sprinkle seeds on top Bake at 375* for 25 minutes
