Ingredients
4 8oz cans tomato sauce1 1/2 c chili powder1/2 c oil3/4 c flour4 c waterground cumingarlic powder
Directions
Yield - 8 cups
Serving size (for these numbers) - 1/4 cup

Heat oil over medium heat. Add flour and chili powder and heat together, browning lightly. Add other ingredients slowly, stirring occasionally, and simmer 10-15 minutes.
