Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 cup White rice2 tbs Chopped raw onions1 tsp. Garlic1 can Tomatoes with green chilies1 3/4 c. Water
Directions
Pre-cook your chicken breast in the oven or in a pan. Cut the chicken into small chunks. Combine all ingredients in medium pot and simmer on medium heat until rice is soft, stirring occasionally. Store in sealed container.
