Cranberry orange muffins

24 tsp coconut sugar, Madhava™ Organic (1 t) 1 cup, chopped Cranberries 2 cup Flour, white 1 tbsp Orange Peel 0.25 cup Musselman's Home Style Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce .5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .75 serving Florida's Natural, Orange Juice Plus Calcium with Added Vitamin D, 8 fl oz
Preheat oven to 400º.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Stir in cranberries.
In a small bowl, beat egg, orange juice, melted coconut oil, and grated orange zest.
Add wet mixture to dry ingredients, stir to combine until it is just moistened.
Spray muffin tin with PAM and spoon mixture into tin until ¾ full.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned.
Remove and serve! 🙂
