2 cup Whole Wheat Flour 10 tsp Amul Pure Ghee 14g/1 tbs=1 serv 46 tsp jaggery 10 gm= 2 teaspoons(arch) (by ARCHANAOJAS21) .05 grams Nutmeg, ground
Add ghee to flour in a pan on slow flame,
Cook until flour is lightly brown in colour.
Take out in another pan add jaggary and nutmeg.
Put mixur in round pan to set. Cut pieces while still hot.
Makes 38 pieces
