Creamy Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, salted 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 clove Garlic 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 2 head, medium (5-6" dia) Cauliflower, raw .50 tsp Salt .50 tsp Curry powder 1 dash Pepper, black .50 tsp Thyme, ground .25 tbsp Basil 1 tsp Marjoram, dried 6 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .25 cup Miso
Directions
In heavy soup kettle, melt butter. Add oil. Add onion, and garlic,. Add celery and cauliflower. Add seasonings. Mix well and cook, uncovered, over medium heat for several minutes, stirring frequently. Add water and miso. Bring to a boil. Simmer, covered, over medium beat for 15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender. Remove cover and cool slightly. Puree in small increments in blender until smooth and creamy. Reheat, adding fresh ground nutmeg if desired.
