Homemade Granola Bars

Ingredients
4 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) 8 serving Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried Cranberries 1/4 cup 2 cup, chopped Pecans 2 tbsp *Flax Seed 1 stick Butter, unsalted 0.66 cup, packed Brown Sugar .5 cup Honey 1 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt
Directions
Mix together in a large bowl - oats, nuts, fruit and seeds.
Mix honey, butter and brown sugar in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until well mixed.
Pour mixture over oats and mix well.
Press into a 1/4 sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Press hard so the ingredients will stick together.
Let cool completely and cut in half lengthwise and then into bars.
