Sausage, Mushroom, Spinach Fritatta

1 tbsp Olive Oil .5 cup, chopped mushrooms.5 tsp Paprika .25 tsp Pepper, black .25 cup Half and Half Cream 1 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw .5 cup Spinach, chopped raw 5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 oz Sweet Italian Bulk Sausage
Preheat oven to 350 deg. Use iron skillet and brown sausage in oil, then add mushrooms & onions. Saute 5 mins until tender. Add spinach, stir until wilted, then add seasonings.
Whisk eggs & milk in medium bowl, stir in cheese.
Remove skillet from heat and stir in egg mixture.
Place skillet in oven to finish cooking 10-15 minutes until set.
