Mini low carb meatloaf

Ingredients
2 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz. 4 clove Garlic 1 unit, yield from 1 lb raw Ground Turkey 1 serving Ground Chicken Breast, no skin (yield from 1 lb readt-to-cook chicken) (by COURTNEYDR) 2 tsp Worcester Sauce (by PINGPG_123) .5 cup Tomato Sauce 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne .5 tsp Chili powder .25 tsp Onion powder .25 tsp Garlic powder 4 tbsp ketchup low sugar (by STACEY1018) 8 serving Pork Rinds(Pork Skins)(1/2 oz)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix all ingredients except ketchup in a large mixing bowl.
Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Fill each muffin with mixture, and place in oven. Bake for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Brush ketchup on tops, and bake for additional 5-10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
