Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour 3 Tbsp dry Oatmeal (plain)
Directions
Mix / whisk all ingredients until very well blended. You could also put into a blender. Let sit for 10 minutes to soften oats. Cook in non-stick skillet. Makes 2 large pancakes.
