Ally's Broccoli Slaw

Ingredients
3 cups broccoli slaw (broccoli, carrots, red cabbage), shredded 1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, golden seedless 1/2 cup, fresh Broccoli, cut into very small florettes2 slices Bacon8 tbsp homemade or avocado mayonaise2 tbsp red wine Vinegar1 packet of Sweetleaf Stevia1 tsp Braggs Amino Acids salt, pepper, spices to taste
Directions
In a cast iron or other pan, cut up your bacon into small pieces and cook until crisp. Drain well, and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the mayo, vinegar, stevia, Braggs, and your spices. Taste until you get it right. It should be tart, with a bit of sweetness in the background.

Add the broccoli slaw (I buy it pre-made for quick assembly) and broccoli florettes, and mix well. Add the raisins and mix again. Add the bacon, and stir one last time.

Serve with any summer food, for a quick, low calorie side that is sure to please!
