Ingredients
1lb Lean ground beef1 Egg1C crushed crackers Salt and pepper to taste Anything you like such as Peppers,onions,tomato's
Directions
Heat oven to 375*

Beat egg lightly
combine all ingredients
till texture is firm and everything is well incorporated
place in a casserole dish and form to loaf
place 1/4 c water in bottom of pan to prevent sticking and preserve moistness

    THIS meatloaf is so AWSOME, and I know this from personal experence for she has made this for me many times when I would come home off the road seeking compfort foods {I used to drive a truck and was on the road about 355 days a yr} and besides yvonnecoy is my only daughter [hello baby lol] - 8/3/08
