1 15oz can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
1/4 cup, chopped Onions, raw
1/4 cup, chopped or diced Dill Pickles
1 tbsp Vegenaise grapeseed mayonnaise
1 clove Garlic
1 tsp Frenchs Classic Yellow Mustard (1 tsp/5g)
1/2 tsp Dill weed, dried
1 serving Lemon juice - of half lemon, 1 Tablspoon
1/4 tsp Salt
1 dash Pepper, black
no cooking - mash chickpeas w/fork - add the rest of the ingredients - eat! measure it out or else you'll devour it all in one sitting!
Serving Size: 3 servings (approx. 1/2 cup - enough for a sandwich)
