Ground Turkey Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
16 oz ground 99% fat free turkey breast, browned12 cups (one small head) chopped cabbage1 1/2 cups (4 stalks) chopped celery5 cups chopped onions1 cup (1 large) chopped green peppers1 clove garlic, chopped1 can (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes46 oz low sodium vegetable juice2 packets Herb Ox sodium free granulated chicken OR beef bouillon1 tsp onion powder2 2/3 tbsp minced onion
Directions
Brown ground turkey breast until cooked through.
Combine all ingredients in a large soup pot. Bring to a simmer; simmer 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
