Ingredients
6.0 serving Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry)3.0 serving Ideal lean protein powder1.0 tsp Baking Powder1.0 tsp Cinnamon, ground2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 cup Applesauce, unsweetened4.0 oz Fage Total 0% Fat Free Plain Greek Yogurt8.0 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla2.0 1tsp Coconut Oil0.25 cup Honey
Directions
Mix wet ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and add wet ingredients. Divide equally into greased muffin tins. Top with desired toppings. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes. Store in airtight container. Freezes well.
