1 cup Butter, salted 2 oz Cream Cheese 3/4 cup Milk, 2%1/2 tsp Garlic powder 1/8 tsp Pepper, black 1/4 tsp Garlic 1/8 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Italian seasoning 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
In a medium saucepan add butter, milk, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat and whisk until melted. Add the minced garlic, garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Continue to whisk until smooth. Add the grated parmesan cheese.
Bring to a simmer and continue to cook for about 3-5 minutes or until it starts to thicken. Toss it with your favorite low carb pasta, zucchini noodles, low carb pizza crust, or spaghetti squash! Add chicken and Enjoy!!
