7.5 serving Chinese Sausage (Lap Cheong) (1 sausage/ 41g) (by HOANGA03) 1 serving english cucumber - 1 whole (by TINAT51796) 2 tbsp chopped Shallots 3 pepper Peppers, hot chili, red, fresh 100 grams Cilantro, raw 2 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 1 tbsp Fish Sauce
In a nonstick pan, over medium heat, sear the sausage slices until crisp on the outside.
In a bowl, toss all the ingredients, except lime juice and fish sauce, together.
Season to taste with lime juice and fish sauce.
Serve immediately.
