6 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 1 tsp Baking Soda 3 large Egg white, fresh 4 tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Coconut Oil 4 tbsp Natural Raw Unfiltered Honey .25 cup kirkland organic unsweetened almond milk .5 cup Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Poppy seed 1 tsp saltlemon zest (2 lemons)
Combine dry ingredients. Then add wet. Mix well. Pour into a parchment paper lined loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes - until golden brown.
