3.0 cup, sliced Summer Squash2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh3.0 cup Spinach, fresh6.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 oz Shrimp, cooked6.0 oz Scallops, raw2.0 fl oz Rose Wine0.25 cup Butter, salted
Saute shrimp and scallops in butter. Set aside. Saute garlic onion and mushrooms. Add wine. Add spinach when mushrooms are cooked. Add squash when spinach is wilted. Serve with parmesean cheese.
