Mariah’s Keto Chili

Ingredients
48 oz Ground beef regular cooked (by DEEYOUCANDOIT) 1 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper 4 serving Onions, yellow, raw 1 oz. 11 serving Red Gold tomato sauce 1/4 cup (by MYLUCKYSTARS) 11 serving Red Gold Petite Diced Tomatoes - 1/2 cup (121g) 3.5 servings per 14.5 oz can (by THENEWKAREN) 2 tbsp Chili powder 2 tsp Oregano, ground 2 tsp Parsley, dried 0.5 tsp Cumin seed 2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black 6 tsp Brown Sugar Substitute (by OWLEE1)
Directions
Place all ingredients in stock pot except the ground beef and brown sugar. Cook for about 1 hour until pepper and onions are tender.

Dump the ground beef and brown sugar in the pot and cook for another 30 minutes. Be sure to stir regularly so the sugar does not burn the bottom of the pot.

Top with cheddar cheese and sour cream if desired. This is not included in the calorie count.
