Instant Pot Tika Masala

Ingredients
6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 3 clove Garlic 2 tbsp Butter, salted 3 tsp Ginger Root 1 tbsp Cumin seed 3 tsp Garam Masala (by BIGGIRL2082010) 1 tsp Tumeric (by CINDERRELIC) .17 tbsp Chili powder .5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 675 grams Tomato Sauce 1 cup (8 fl oz) Yogurt, plain, low fat
Directions
Chop onion and garlic, grate ginger, cut chicken into bite
size pieces.
Melt butter on saute setting.
Add onions and stir until softened.
Add chicken and stir until lightly browned - about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and grated ginger. Cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Add spices and stir in. Make sure there is nothing stuck to bottom of pan.
Add broth. If there is anything stuck on pan, scrape up.
Add tomato sauce.
Stir all ingredients together.
Seal pot and cook on poultry setting for 10 minutes.
Quick release pot.
Stir in yogurt and return to saute setting. Allow to reduce until appropriate texture is achieved.
Serve over rice or in a bowl with nann.
