Crustless Vegetable Quiche

Ingredients
2 oz Feta Cheese 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 6 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 tbsp Oregano, ground 0.25 tsp Pepper, black 0.50 tbsp Basil 0.50 tsp Salt 2 clove Garlic 1.50 cup Spinach, fresh 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh 4 large Egg white, fresh 1.5 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh
Directions
Preheat oven 350
In an large skillet cook garlic, chopped peppers, Broccoli. Once caramelized add spinach.
In a seperate bowl mix 4 eggs & 4 egg whites. Then add salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Stir in mozzarella and feta.
Once veggies are done pout in a quiche or pie dish spread out along the bottom. Pour egg mixture over the veggies. Make sure it is all even.

Put in oven for 40 minutes or until it pulls away from the sides. let sit for 10 minutes before serving
