Salmon and brocoli salad

Ingredients
10 Spinach, fresh 50 Atlantic Salmon (fish) (.5 filet option = 198g) 0.50 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 0.50 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 30 gram Lettuce Round Tesco 10 gram Tesco Mangetout 100g 30 gram(s) Feta Cheese (Tre Stelle, light feta) 100 gram(s) Brocoli 0.01 serving Pret- Maldon Sea Salt- 40g 1 tsp Mustard seed, yellow
Directions
Grill the salmon or cook it in microwave;
Boil the broccoli for around 3m; add the mangetouts at the last minute and let them boil for 1m, turn heat off and discard water;
Cut the lettuce in tiny strips, same with spinach;
Cut the salmon into pieces, same with the feta cheese, put them together in a glass bowl, season with the salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar;
Add the greens and mix with this dressing.
