2 shell Puff pastry, frozen, ready-to-bake 4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 16 fl oz Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tsp Granulated Sugar .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 454 grams Pork Sausage 8 oz Cheddar Cheese 1 tsp Salt
Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 9 squares. Roll out squares and place into ungreased muffin tins. Put tablespoon of fried, drained sausage into bottom of each cup. Sprinkle cheese over sausage evenly. Mix remaining ingredients well, and pour over each cup. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 - 22 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes. Twist each cup to release from muffin tin. Cool. Freeze. Serve.
