Ingredients
1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil3.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw3.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
Directions
Heat oil in pan sautee onion peppers and mushrooms after onions have softened a bit I add a little water to the pan and place the lid on to allow them to steam as well since the pan is usually quite full this helps them cook down
