Cinnamon Oat bars with Chocolate

8 tbsp Cinnamon, ground 1 cup, halves Apricots, dried 0.50 cup Pumpkin seeds 0.50 cup Honey 4 cup Oats, Quaker 16 tbsp Peanut butter (peter pan) No sugar added creamy 8 tbsp *Flax Seed 16 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips 10 date Dates
Combine all dry ingredients and chopped apricots, set aside.
Soak dates in water 10 min, then place in processor and
chop till a paste
Add peanut butter and honey to dates, mix well.
Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Press into 13 x 9 pan (press hard to keep them from falling apart later!)
chill , cut, enjoy!
