Garlic Cream Cheese Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
2 tbsp Butter, unsalted 3 clove Garlic .125 cup Flour, white 1.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 oz Neufchatel Cheese .25 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1 minute. Whisk in flour until lightly browned, about 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in milk and cook, whisking constantly, until slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in cheeses until melted, about 1-2 minutes. If the mixture is too thick, add more milk as needed; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
