Walnut Strawberry Banana Slower Cooker Quinoa

2 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh 3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.5 cup chia seeds 2 cup 3 Mixed Quinoa 4 tbsp *Flax Seed 6 tsp Dark Brown Sugar, Pure Cane Sugar .5 cup Coconut Milk (Silk) .5 cup, chopped Walnuts .25 tsp Salt 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Spray a 3 or 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray then add mashed bananas along with the rest of ingredients, mixing well. Cover and place on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours.
Spoon quinoa into bowls and top with additional fruit or nuts, enjoy!
