Crockpot Italian Beef

4 pounds beef roast, sirloin tip or rump roast12 ounces (jar) Italian Mix Giariniera,drained, juice will make more spicy12 ounces (jar) pepperoncini peppers1 envelope zesty italian salad dressing10 ounces beef broth
1. Place beef roast in 3 1/2 to 5 quart slow cooker.
2. Combine Giardiniera, pepperoncini peppers, dry salad dressing mix, & beef broth.
3. Add mixture to crockpot.
4. Cover & cook on LOW for 12 to 14 hours, until meat is very tender.
5. Use fork to shred for sandwiches.
6. Serve on Hoagie Style buns. Makes about 12 large sandwiches
