Turkey and vegetable chili verde

1 cup, chopped raw onion1 tsp garlic powder1 lb ground Turkey4 oz green chiles14.5 oz can diced tomatoes4 cus chicken broth4 cups kale15 oz can pinto beans2 tbsp oregano
Chop onion and saute in about a TBS of the chicken broth for 5 minutes. Add garlic powder and ground turkey, continue to saute breaking up turkey for another 5 minutes. Add diced tomatoes, chilis and broth and bring to a boil on high heat. Stir in chopped kale, reduce heat to medium and simmer for another 10 minutes. Add beans and oregano, simmer for another several minutes.
