Gluten free banana bread

Ingredients
8 tbsp Shortening, Crisco 1 cup, mashed Banana, fresh .4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap .4 cup Honey 2 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar .5 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 2 large Egg white, fresh 2 tsp Vanilla Extract .5 cup, packed Raisins 1.5 cup Bisquick, Gluten Free Baking mix 1/3 cup (40g) .4 cup, chopped Walnuts 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Directions
Mix wet ingredients then incorporate dry ingredients (pre mixed already together). Add in raisins, walnuts and mix well. Put in loaf pan and bake for 35 min (Check first) longer if needed. Really yummy!
