Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1.17 lb Beef, round steak 0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 6 tbsp Butter, salted .25 tsp Salt .25 tsp Pepper, black .50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 cup Mushrooms, canned 1 cup Sour Cream 4 cup Egg Noodles, enriched
Directions
Dip steak in flour
Brown in butter, add seasoning and water.
Cover and simmer for 60 minutes.
Add soup and mushrooms.
Cook again until heated through, adding sour cream at end, mixing together with egg noodles
