Ingredients
24.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw900.0 Grams Pork Sausage2.0 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh4.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)
Directions
Brown up sausage Scramble eggs in bowl, mix in cooked sausage and veggies. Lightly grease 10x14 pan Pour mixture in Bake at 350F until set and firm Remove from oven, sprinkle on cheese, replace in oven for 5 or so minutes until cheese is melted. Remove, allow to cool a little and serve. Freezes very well!
