5 serving Asher's, Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Bar, 1 bar (1.65oz) 2 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 3.5 tbsp JIF creamy peanut butter 1 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 serving Great Value No Calorie Stevia 2 tbsp coconut flour
CHOCOLATE LAYER: Heat dark chocolate in microwave for 1 minute. Remove bowl and add 2 tbl coconut oil, nuke for 45 seconds, remove bowl and add 2 tbls HWC (heavy whip cream), stir add 1 tsp vanilla, nuke for 30 seconds. Consistency of chocolate layer should drip off spoon. PEANUT BUTTER LAYER: Melt peanut butter with 2 tsp coconut oil + 1 tsp vanilla + 1 Tbls Stevia for 30 seconds. Remove and stir, add 2 tsp coconut flour, stir. DIRECTIONS: Spoon layer of chocolate into silicone ice cube tray, put in freezer for 5 minutes. Spoon layer of peanut butter into ice cube tray and freeze for 5 minutes. Spoon 2nd layer of chocolate into ice cube tray. Freeze for 10 minutes. Silicone ice cube trays that holds 21 each are the best. GET at Walmart or Amazon.
