3 serving Fit & Active Multigrain Bread 1 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh 1 cup Milk, 1% 7 tbsp, unsifted Powdered Sugar 3 tsp Lime Juice - ReaLime 100% Lime Juice
Mix together egg and milk in a container with a lid and shake vigorously. Dump the mixture into a shallow dish like a pie pan and soak the bread on both sides. Place the pieces of soaked bread in a nonstick pan or on a nonstick griddle and cook until golden brown and firm on both sides over medium-low to medium heat. Plate 2 pieces of the french toast and sprinkle with 1 tsp of lime juice over, then sift 2 unpacked tsp of powdered sugar over top. Enjoy!
