No-Powder Protein Waffles

Ingredients
1 cup of Oat flour1.0 cup of Greek yogurt2 large eggs1 Tbs. Of sugar (substitute or omit) 1/4 tsp Salt1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp. of butter (or coconut oil)
Directions
1) Combine all dry ingredients into one bowl and mix well. 2) In a separate bow combine other ingredients until wel mixed and combine both together to create a batter. Add a little milk if needed. 3) Cook on greased griddle or waffle iron place batter and cook until done 4) Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes about 3-4 Belgian waffles or 6-7 5 inch pancakes.
